Can I change my purchase?
Yes, there are 2 options:
· You can change the size or color at our stores –free of charge-, as long as there is stock, and provided that the store is in the same country of the purchase. For a different article you will be charge or credit the price difference.
· If you are not able to go to any of our stores, you should request the change by e-mail to: email@example.com
Which is the deadline to request a change?
The deadline for any change is 10 days from the reception of the e-mail confirming the delivery.
What should I do to return an article?
You should request a home collection by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org pointing out the delivery note number. Once the data is verified, we will authorize the collection of the parcel within a deadline of 24-48 hours (working days).
Which is the deadline to do a return?
The deadline for any return is 10 days from the reception of the e-mail confirming the delivery.
Shall I pay the return?
Returns to sitamurt.com are free.
When shall I get the import of my return back?
After authorizing and verifying the return (garments must be in perfect conditions and have the inner labels), you will get a confirmation e-mail with the import to be credited less the return expenses. The credit note will be issued immediately.
After that, please remind that the time of being cashed back depends on your bank.
sitamurt/ reserves the right of rejecting all those returns that are communicated or sent out of the established deadlines, as well as returns of articles in other conditions than those in which they were sent.
