Once your order is in the shop, we will notify you by email, phone call or WhatsApp. We remind you that you will have 10 working days to collect your order and that you will need to present the order confirmation (which you will receive by email) and your ID card.

Home delivery

1-2 working days | 4,90€ (Free from 150€)

Europe home delivery

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlans, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping to USA

2-3 working days | 19,90€. 

Delivery conditions

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. Subsequently, the courier company will inform you by SMS or email of the estimated delivery date of your order. If at the time of delivery you are not located at the indicated place, the courier company will contact you to establish another delivery point or another time slot for the delivery of the package. During periods of sales or promotions and special campaigns, deliveries may be delayed and in-store deliveries may not be available.

Sita Murt/ will not be responsible for deliveries to P.O. boxes, collection points or non-permanent addresses. The country of delivery must always coincide with the country of purchase.

Order tracking

You can check the details and status of your order from the "My orders" section in your Sita Murt/ user account, where you will also find the tracking number of your order. You will also receive e-mail notifications so that you can easily track your order.

Sita Murt/ works with external companies for the transport of the orders. Therefore, we would like to inform you that any incident related to the transport of your orders must be reported immediately to our customer service department by emailing eshop@sitamurt.com or by telephone (+34) 93 803 74 11.

It is crucial that our team is aware of any incident you may experience during your delivery as soon as possible. This will allow us to find a quick solution and manage the situation efficiently.
