Promotions/

Are there any promotions or discounts?

We exclusively communicate promotions through the subscription to our newsletter. You can sign up at the bottom of our website in the section "Subscribe to the Newsletter".

If it is your first order you can benefit from a discount of -10% if you subscribe to our newsletter.


How do I exchange a promotional code?

Before checkout, find the promotional code space where you can add your code (only one per purchase). If no discount is applied, check the conditions of the promotion or its validity date. The code may have expired or the items you purchased may not be eligible for the promotion.

How can I access the promotions I receive by email?

Many promotions that apply in the online shop are automatically activated once you log in to the website with your username and password.

Otherwise, we remind you that you must redeem the promotional code before completing your purchase. You can do this by entering the promotional code in the "Add gift voucher" section below the summary of your purchase.

We remind you that the discounts will never be applied once the order has been placed or the payment has been processed.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

When you shop at Sita Murt/, we assure you that your financial details are transmitted securely, thanks to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. For payment with Visa, American Express and Mastercard, only CES (secure e-commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is a CES card, the system contacts the issuing bank for the buyer to authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms its authenticity, the card is charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.


My Account/

Do I need to be registered on the website to make a purchase in the online shop?

Yes, in order to make a purchase you have to create a user account. It is very simple and will allow you to know the status of your order at all times, check the history of your orders or request and manage returns.

To create an account, all you have to do is go to "Create an account" in the "My Account" section and fill in the required information.


How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to "Remember password" in the "My account" section.

You will receive an email with a new password that you can change at any time through your user area.

In case you have difficulties recovering your account, you can send us an email to eshop@sitamurt.com so that we can help you.


My Purchase/

How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our team by emailing eshop@sitamurt.com


How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order from the "My Account" section and by selecting the "My Orders" option.

What size to buy?

You can consult the Sizing Guide available in all the product files. Here we indicate the measurements that correspond to each size so that you can measure yourself and choose the one that best suits your figure.


Are the prices in Sita Murt/ stores and in the online shop the same?

Yes, the prices are the same, except for specific promotions or promotional codes exclusively available in Sita Murt/ shops or in the online shop.


Will out of stock items be restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. We recommend that you subscribe to the availability notice that you will find on each product page; if the item becomes available again, you will receive an email.


If I receive a faulty or wrong item, what should I do?

If, due to a production error, you receive a faulty item, we ask you to contact our team so that we can arrange an immediate exchange. You can contact us by email info@sitamurt.com or by phone (+34) 93 803 74 11.
